Der Aufbau der neuen Anlage begann im Sommer 2017. Alles gleichzeitig im Zuge vom Ausbau des Dachbodens. Die Anlage ist eine "Walk arround" also immer an der Wand lang. Von den Längen habe 5,20m und 3,80m zur Verfügung. Als Materialien für das Gerüst verwende ich zum größten Teil Dachlatten und OSB Platten. Dort werden dann die einzelnen Module platziert. ******************************************** The construction of the new facility began in the summer of 2017. Bevor ich angefangen habe den Dachboden auszubauen, hatte ich in meinem alten Modellbau Zimmer angefangen die ersten Module zu bauen. Hier entsteht nun der erste Bauabschnitt. Die Länge beträgt 3,00m Breite 50cm. Der Abschnitt ist in 3 Teile unterteilt zu je 1m. Hier entsteht nun die Papierfabrik "Waste Paper Union" mit zwei Einfahrten in die Halle. ********************** Before I started to build the attic, I started building the first modules in my old model house. Bau einer Autobrücke hinter der Waste Paper Union. Als Baumaterial verwende ich Rundhölzer und Balsaholz. Länge der Brücke 50cm Breite 11cm. Zusammen geklebt habe allen mit Heißkleber.

Weiter geht es am Bau der Papierfabrik. Tore, Türen und Vordächer wurden nun angebracht. ********************************************** It continues on the construction of the paper mill. Gates, doors and canopies have now been installed.

Nach der Papierfabrik kommt ein Industriegelände mit verschiedenen Firmen. Diese Gebäude sind alles Flats und aus verschiedenen Materialien gebaut. Pappe, Balsaholz, Papier und Kunststoff. Die Fassaden sind am Computer entstanden. Die Ausdrucke wurden auf die Flats aufgeklebt. ******************************* After the paper mill comes an industrial estate with various companies. 07 Nun bekommt das Industriegebiet noch einen geeigneten Hintergrund. Auch hier sind alle Bilder der Gebäude auf dem Computer hergestellt worden. Diese sind dann auf Pappe aufgeklebt und an die Hinterwand angebracht. Now the industrial area still gets a suitable background. Again, all pictures of the buildings have been made on the computer. Am Ende des Moduls entsteht nun ein Getreidesilo. "Harrysville Grainpool" Als Materialien habe ich Papperollen, Balsaholz und Pappe verwendet. Alles ist mit Heißkleber zusammen geklebt. ***************************** At the end of the module, a grain silo is created. 09 Hier ist der Grain Pool schon soweit fertig. Die Silos habe ich zuerst eingeleimt und danach mit Sand eingerieben. Das Dach ist mit weisser Farbe gestrichen. Die Gebäudeteile ist mit Papier beklebt. Fenster , Türen , Tore usw. sind am Computer entstanden. Ausgedruckt auf Fotopapier, ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt. ******************************* Here is the Grain Pool already finished.I first glued in the silos and then rubbed with sand. Die kleine Holzhandlung Die Bausätze sind von Bachmann und Faller. Die Holzstapel sind aus Resin gegossen. Zuvor hatte ich mir von einem Stapel eine Form aus Silikon gemacht und mehrmals abgegossen. Der große Stapel ist ein Fertigprodukt von Woodland. ********************* The kits are from Bachmann and Faller. The wood stacks are cast from resin. Weiter geht es am Modul von "Waste Paper Union" Telegraphenmasten wurden gesetzt und an der Landschaftsgestaltung wurde was gearbeitet. Baubeginn von "Harrysville Yard" Hier beginne ich nun meinen Yard zu planen und zu bauen. Das Gleismaterial ist von Atlas in Code 83. Zuerst hatte ich mir aus Papier Schablonen gemacht um den Yard zu planen. 7 Gleisabschnitte soll es geben mit 2 Mainlines. *********************************** Start of construction of "Harrysville Yard"Here I start to plan and build my yard. Der Yard hat in den letzten Wochen richtig Arbeit gemacht. Der Hintergrund wurde gestaltet. Alle Flats , bis auf ein kleines Reststück sind fertig. Alles ist eingeschottert und mit der Begrünung habe ich auch schon angefangen. Alle Flats sind aus Styrodur und mit Papier beklebt. Die Ausdrucke wie Fenster , Türen , Tore und Mauern habe ich am PC entworfen. Ausgedruckt auf mattem Fotopapier und mit Holzleim aufgeklebt. ******************************** The yard has done a good job in the last few weeks. The background was designed. Ein kleiner Engine Repair Center Der Bausatz von der Halle ist von PICKSTUFF. Bahnsteige und Untergründe sind aus 1,5mm starken Styrodur geschnitten.

Auf dem Yard hat sich einiges getan. Es wird so langsam grün auf den Flächen. Bäume und Sträucher. Kleine Grassbüschel und Hecken wachsen. Telegraphenmasten sind auch gesetzt. *************************** A lot has happened on the yard. It is slowly turning green on the surfaces. Trees and shrubs. Small tufts of grass and hedges grow. Nun geht es an der Erweiterung für den Engine Center weiter. Nun sind die Gleise eingeschottert, Weichenstellhebel sind angebracht und Flock ist aufgetragen und eingeleimt. Insgesamt haben auf dieser Erweiterung 8 Lokomotiven platz. ************************** Now it's time for the extension for the Engine Center.
